Fair Economy, originally named "Forex Factory," was founded as a small forum for forex traders with the help of volunteer moderators
A first of its kind, the economic calendar officially launched on Forex Factory, quickly amassing a large following of traders.
Forex Factory scaled up to a legitimate enterprise, opened a small office in San Diego, California, made key hires, and secured advertising contracts with leading brokers.
Forex Factory moved its headquarters to Tampa, Florida, and became one of the top twenty financial websites globally.
Traffic thrived, and consistently topped 1M users per month. The News page was redesigned, and the Trade Explorer tool was launched.
Still growing and Tampa presence increasing, office space is expanded and more key hires are made.

A mobile design of Forex Factory is launched, along with much needed backend infrastructure due to growing traffic.
Forex Factory, Inc. officially is re-organized into Fair Economy, Inc.
Crypto Craft, Energy EXCH, and Metals Mine websites go live as three new brands under the Fair Economy umbrella.
The end of an era. Founder and President of Fair Economy retires, promoting new leadership and establishing a Board of Directors.
The Financial Economist team expands and makes several key hires, increasing the team size even more.
Fair Economy launches 'Alerts' on all websites, allowing users to receive real-time notifications on news, price levels, and economic events.
Traffic is still thriving, consistently topping 2M monthly users, prompting the inception of the monthly Non-Farm Payrolls Happy Hour.
Fair Economy adapts the economic calendar to the cryptocurrency market, launching the world's first-ever Crypto Economic Calendar.
As hurricane Ian threatens Tampa, a new benefit is born as Fair Economy covers food, hotels, and other expenses as the team evacuates the city.
As Forex Factory's traffic continues to rise above 3M monthly users, the team celebrates being named as Tampas #1 Best Place to Work
